  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates and times will vary by destination.

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Please note these are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.


🚩 Order Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


📝 Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can resend it but you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at (tgwithin.inc@gmail.com) with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and assist you.
